Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and maintain safe interaction with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and Pre-K requirements; create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by working with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
