Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring caregivers and school staff to support early childhood education across our centers. You will assist teachers with curriculum implementation while ensuring alignment with state Pre-K guidelines, and help create a nurturing, safe learning environment for children.

You will partner with families to provide high-quality care and education, support enrollment and engagement efforts, and build strong relationships with educators, licensing authorities, and

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage with children safely.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with curriculum implementation and state Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
