KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking center staff in Michigan to support teachers and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children across our centers. You will contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere and partner with families to deliver high-quality early education.

In this role you will help meet Pre-K requirements, assist with enrollment efforts, and work with center leadership to uphold our standards and serve the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and to engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and Pre-K requirements, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for each child.
• Partner with parents who share the goal of providing the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
