You will partner with families for the best possible care, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with staff, authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency and monitor children safely.
• Able to assume postures to maintain visual contact with children.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
