Job summary

The YMCA of Bethlehem is seeking an Assistant Teacher - Pre-K Counts to join a warm, inclusive early childhood team in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time, hourly role runs Monday through Friday with stable daytime hours and year-round scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA or 60 postsecondary credits, have 2+ years of child-care experience, and are at least 18 years old. You will create a safe, engaging environment and support families alongside a caring staff.

Qualifications

• CDA or 60 post secondary credits (associates degree preferred).
• 2+ years of documented experience working with children.
• Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment.
• 18+ years of age.
