Job summary

La Petite Academy is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a licensed classroom. You will follow guidelines to keep daily care consistent, maintain an engaging, clean environment, and work to observe and plan for each child while communicating with families.

Training on childcare and child development topics is provided, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
