Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking caring educators to support children's development in our centers. You will assist teachers with curriculum implementation, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to support enrollment and engagement.

You will help meet state Pre‑K requirements, communicate in English with children and parents, and join a village of dedicated professionals who care about every learning moment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state-specific Pre‑K guidelines for the role.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, and State Pre‑K requirements, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
