Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and keep children safe with good vision/hearing.
• Able to assume postures to engage with children safely.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementation of KinderCare curriculum and state Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education for children.
• Support center's success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
