Job summary

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division is hiring a Pre-K Assistant Teacher in Marlton, NJ. You will create an engaging classroom where children can explore, ask questions, and grow toward kindergarten readiness, while delivering hands-on lessons and supporting social and emotional development.

You will collaborate with teammates and families, communicate progress, and contribute to a culture that values excellence in early education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associates degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in childcare.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs.
