DW Distribution, an SBP brand, is seeking a Production Associate for our Interior Doubles division in our Door Fabrication facility in Lancaster, TX. You will perform pre-hung door production tasks, follow tickets, and move materials on the line with forklifts.

This fast-paced role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train in warehouse, production, and packaging areas while supporting quality and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years in wood products, cabinetry, millwork or related industry.
• Basic math and measurements ability is desirable.
• Forklift operation certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-hung door production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintains a work pace that matches the assembly line without errors or delays.
• Safely utilizes machinery as directed.
• Performs accurate measurements to ensure product quality.
• Follows work tickets to ensure order accuracy.
• Utilizes forklifts for material movement within the plant.
• Receives and stores materials properly.
• Stages products for delivery and ensures correct labeling.
