DW Distribution is seeking a Production Associate for our Exterior division in Lancaster, TX. The role focuses on assembling pre-hung door units, with potential cross-training across warehouse, production, and packaging areas.

You will perform tasks on the production line, move materials using a forklift, and ensure accuracy of orders and measurements while adhering to safety guidelines. High school diploma and 1–2 years in related industries are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years in wood products, cabinetry, construction, millwork or similar industries preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification highly desirable.
• Basic math and measurement skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-hung door production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain steady work pace to align with the assembly line and minimize errors.
• Safely operate machinery as directed and follow safety rules.
• Take accurate measurements to ensure product quality and follow work tickets.
• Utilize forklifts to move materials within the plant and stage products for loading.
