Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• About 1 year of engineering or pre-engineering coursework preferred.
• Good communication and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing with supervision and learn standard processes.
• Support deburring, washing, cleaning, grinding, and simple machining.
• Take measurements with calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to perform tasks.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and maintain a clean work area.
