About The Opportunity

Engineering Interns will work closely under the guidance of the Engineering team to apply practical, hands‑on, real work experience utilizing the information and skills they have learned. A focus of the internship will be on understanding the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and data.
• Identify and optimize a process to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize material usage.
• Analyze current quality control processes, identify common defects and their root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality.
• Present project outcomes to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of an engineering program (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
