We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our construction team. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization, bridging the gap between the initial design phase and the actual construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all pre-construction activities, including project planning, assisting with cost estimation, and pricing, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all pre-construction phases of projects, including design, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Assist with detailed cost estimates and develop project budgets.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established plans and financial parameters.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create effective plans and accurate cost estimations.
• Conduct risk analysis for potential projects, identifying potential issues before they arise.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
• Participate in project bidding processes, including preparing comprehensive bid packages and competitive pricing strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction technology to continuously improve pre-construction processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project planning, cost estimation, and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with a diverse range of professionals.
• Proficiency in construction software, including cost estimation and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex project data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
