Job summary

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, 1–2 years in construction, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating clearly with stakeholders. You will load documentation to owner portals and support cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency is required.
• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices and material costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and proactive problem solving.
• Experience with construction software and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction techniques and specifications to analyze existing or proposed housing.
• Review and approve contractor estimates.
• Track and record job cost variances.
• Gather photo documentation for estimates.

• Coach estimators regarding client requirements.
• Assist on other construction/acquisition projects as assigned.
