Job summary

Civil Constructors LLC is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to provide strategic direction and oversight for the pre-construction department, leading the estimating team, evaluating bid opportunities, and aligning client expectations with proposals.

This role requires directing bid development, reviewing estimates, mentoring staff, and coordinating between estimating and operations to ensure accurate, on-time bid packages and strong competitive positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, scheduling, estimating, contracts, and software such as AGTEK and HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the estimating team and oversee bid opportunities.
• Review and approve final bid estimates, productions, quantity takeoffs, and proposal packages.
• Lead pre-job, cost review, and post-job meetings; coordinate with operations.
