Responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce responsibilities of Superintendents and maintain client & consultant relationships with GMCA, Inc.
• Responsible for all project purchases and accuracy of associated Accurate Project Profit/Loss statements.
• Assist Pre-construction Managers with procurement, process setup, engagement and completion of related tasks.
• Participate in preconstruction training, work product, scheduling and performance.
• Develop strategies for new business development, marketing, and procurement of new client relationships.
• Assist in canvassing market for new potential construction and renovation projects and coordinate bid proposals.
