Responsibilities

  • Data Organization & Management of quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and technical documentation.
  • Work with Construction and Distribution teams to organize and improve project data including costs, schedules, estimates, procurement, material, labor, and other records.
  • Support data related to Distribution operations including product information, inventory, procurement, suppliers, customers, and sales data.
  • Develop and implement standardized data structures, naming conventions, data definitions, and data management procedures.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand data sources, workflows, reporting requirements, and operational needs.
  • Assist in identifying duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent data and support data cleaning and validation.
  • Develop and maintain organized data repositories to improve accessibility, consistency, and long-term usability.

The Business Analyst is responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing the Company's specialized and non-standardized data — including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and technical documentation related to construction and distribution — that arrives daily from clients and vendors.

This individual analyzes data and processes for the construction business to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will combine strong attention to detail with genuine curiosity to drive the transformation from decentralized manual, spreadsheet driven data management to a robust, technology driven approach to data intake, classification, and processing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Data Organization & Management
  • Work with Construction and Distribution teams to organize and improve the management of project data, including project costs, schedules, estimates, procurement information, material data, labor information, and other project records.
  • Support the organization and management of data related to Distribution operations, including product information, inventory, procurement, suppliers, customers, and sales data.
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized data structures, naming conventions, data definitions, and data management procedures.
  • Work with business teams to understand existing data sources, workflows, reporting requirements, and operational needs.
  • Assist in identifying duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent data and support data cleaning and validation activities.
  • Develop and maintain organized data repositories to improve accessibility, consistency, and long-term data usability.
Digital Solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate and utilize digital technologies to improve business processes and management.
  • Support the implementation of practical technology solutions based on business requirements and operational needs.
Construction & Distribution Data Support
  • Assist business teams in improving the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of operational and project information.
  • Support the development of standardized reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to improve management visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data flow and reduce manual data handling across Construction and Distribution operations.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates and candidates graduating within a reasonable period are encouraged to apply.
