Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in pre-college programs, higher education, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, staff supervision, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using data to support decision-making, assessment, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and student experience for pre-college programs, with emphasis on residential operations and program implementation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for students and families before and during programs, providing timely communication and customer service.
• Support arrival/departure processes, including check-in, move-in, and distribution of materials.
• Coordinate housing-related logistics with Housing & Residential Education and campus offices.
• Assist in implementing student policies, procedures, and community standards.
• Support student engagement through coordination of co-curricular activities and evening programming.
