Job summary

Eagle Title is looking for a Pre-Closing Processor to manage residential title files from inception through closing, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. This full-time role reports to the Branch Manager and works with the Pre- and Post-Closing Processing teams to deliver smooth settlements.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in real estate/title, strong integrity, organization, and teamwork. Qualia experience is a plus; notary status is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working knowledge of the Real Estate and/or Title Industry.
• Proactive mindset with integrity.
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills.
• Active notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking a residential title file from inception through closing with persistent attention to detail and follow up.
• Ensuring compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and policies of title insurance.
• Verifying that monetary amounts are correct to satisfy all mortgages, taxes and judgments, and overseeing the collection of all fees and charges associated with the settlement.
• Preparing and reviewing documents necessary for settlement.
• Coordinating with buyers, sellers and real estate agents to obtain all information needed to facilitate a smooth settlement experience.
• Reviewing all legal documentation to ensure accuracy, proper notarization and recording, and proper submission.
• Updating proprietary software with follow-ups, results, and other data entry.

Works Directly With: Pre- and Post-Closing Processing teams, Branch Manager and Branch Settlement Officers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking a residential title file from inception through closing with persistent attention to detail and follow up.
• Ensuring compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and policies of title insurance.

Salary Requirements: $22/hr – $31.25/hr
