Qualifications

• Must understand and follow directions and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in English (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide decimals.
• Ability to read computer screens and enter data.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Work independently with self-management.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
• Participate in food safety and safety programs per policy.
• Perform day-to-day production in oven, mixing, or pre-weigh areas as needed.
• Pre-weigh and prepare raw baking ingredients for production.
• Operate industrial mixers, ovens, and related equipment as required.
• Assist other areas and communicate information across shifts.
