Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pre-Award Grants Administrator at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032.

This role supports three entities: RFMH, NYSPI, and CU Psychiatry, handling budgets, subcontracts, and sponsor submissions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of sponsored-project experience and strong Excel, Word, and Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience in sponsored projects.
• Prefers strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with financial systems and grant submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed budgets and justifications for grant applications.
• Work with Principal Investigators to confirm final budget and subcontracts.
• Organize components necessary for grant submission.
• Format applications to sponsor specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with OSP to review materials and submission timeliness.
• Review Biographical sketches and Other Support documents.
• Assist PIs with post-submission materials and reports.
• Submit documents to OSP for subcontract execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
