Washington State University invites applications for a Pre-Award Grant Coordinator in Pullman. This full-time role supports the CAHNRS Grants Team, assisting PIs with proposal development, budgets, and timely submissions while ensuring compliance with sponsor and university policies.
The position emphasizes developing budgets and coordinating substantiating documents, with expected strong English communication and analytic skills. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required.

This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $5,240 to $6,870 | Range 55 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
