Job summary

Quad is offering an 8,000-hour structured apprenticeship in Wisconsin with paid related instruction. The program includes hands-on mentoring in a manufacturing environment and training across safety, hydraulics, machining, and more.

Participants gain experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics, and work toward the State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion. Comprehensive benefits accompany eligibility.

Training Includes

• Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
• Mechanical Systems: Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics: System components, troubleshooting, repair
• Installation & Setup: Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
• Maintenance: Preventive and predictive diagnostics
• Machining & Fabrication: Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
