Medical Pathology Associates (MPA) is looking for a Pre-Analytic Associate who will be responsible for pre-analytical and post-analytical work to support ongoing diagnostic testing. Responsibilities include receiving samples, maintaining lab supplies, and performing quality control checks.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred associate's degree in a science or health-related field. Attention to detail and organizational skills are vital for ensuring quality patient care.

The Pre-Analytic Associate performs pre-analytical and post-analytical work to set up incoming specimens and support ongoing diagnostic testing specimen handling. This includes materials shared with other laboratory facilities. Their attention to detail, organization and accuracy as well as speed of work are key components as they impact every sample entering the lab.
Hours of this position are expected to be 4:00 am - 12:30 pm.
High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in science or health-related field is preferred.
Medical terminology or Medical Assistance certification preferred.
Two years in specimen handling or other front medical office field requiring charting or accessioning is preferred.
