11 Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator for 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–3:30 pm. You will compile patient records with data elements for surgical and procedural outpatients and support departmental workflows in a fast-paced care environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, clerical experience in a medical setting, strong multitasking and data coordination skills, and attention to detail.

Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator

30 hours per week Monday-Friday from 9-3:30

Who We Are

SNHMC has nine operating room suites, 25 pre-op/PACU bays, and a sterile processing department. Hours are flexible, with 8 hour & 10 hour shifts available. Services range from elective and non-elective procedures, including neurological, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, bariatric, colorectal, vascular, ENT, general, breast, and plastics. Surgical services are growing and evolving, utilizing the latest technology for the wide variety of procedures we perform.

About the Job

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator compiles patient records with appropriate data elements for surgical and procedural outpatients. S/he demonstrates organizational ability in coordinating departmental workflow. S/he coordinates administrative support functions for the department. The Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and is accountable to the Practice Manager.
