Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center is seeking a part-time Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator for 30 hours per week, schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–3:30 PM. The role supports the Patient Care Services team by compiling patient records for surgical and procedural outpatients and coordinating departmental administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and prior medical clerical experience with strong multitasking and data coordination skills.

SNHMC has nine operating room suites, 25 pre-op/PACU bays, and a sterile processing department. Hours are flexible, with 8 hour & 10 hour shifts available. Services range from elective and non-elective procedures, including neurological, orthopedic, gynecological, urological, bariatric, colorectal, vascular, ENT, general, breast, and plastics. Surgical services are growing and evolving, utilizing the latest technology for the wide variety of procedures we perform.

About the Job:

As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator compiles patient records with appropriate data elements for surgical and procedural outpatients. S/he demonstrates organizational ability in coordinating departmental workflow. S/he coordinates administrative support functions for the department. The Pre-Admissions Data Coordinator works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and is accountable to the Practice Manager.
