Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative phone assessments and review medical histories.
• Coordinate required pre-surgical tests and tests results.
• Educate patients on pre-operative instructions and medications.
• Identify risks and collaborate with surgical team for readiness.
• Maintain and document in the EHR with accuracy.
