Job summary

Learfield is seeking a proven General Manager for PRORODEO Partnerships in Colorado Springs. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee the PRCA multimedia rights program, and drive sponsorship sales and partnerships to grow revenue while maintaining Learfield standards and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams, senior PRCA leadership, and brand partners to deliver client-focused solutions, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced sports

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sponsorship sales or related B2B revenue role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Experience managing complex partnerships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions.
• Experience with large events and sponsorships.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Ability to navigate change in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Learfield and PRCA, overseeing multimedia rights and ensuring alignment with values and priorities.
• Drive new and renewal sponsorship sales across local, regional, national, and international opportunities.
• Develop scalable partnership solutions across video, digital, mobile, social, experiential, and other platforms.
• Create sponsorship packages, lead-generation initiatives, and integrated media/activation plans.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to expand partnerships.
• Propose and plan sponsor activations and events with current and prospective sponsors.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and manage sales projects to completion.
• Lead the property team including sales and activation staff, providing coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Team S/VP and corporate support teams to optimize sales strategy and execution.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, plans, and forecasts for property-level accountability.
• Manage data platforms to provide reporting and insights to executive team and PRCA committees.
• Develop annual sponsor summit content to engage sponsors and deliver value.
• Model and foster a positive, inclusive, team-first culture across the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
