Job summary

Learfield is seeking a proven General Manager to lead the PRORODEO Partnerships team and serve as the primary Learfield liaison to the PRCA in the United States.

You will drive sponsorship sales, manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to maximize revenue and uphold brand standards.

This executive role requires strong leadership, strategic partnerships, and a track record of delivering client-focused solutions in sports sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or related B2B revenue role with a strong track record.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, hire, coach, and develop talent.
• Proven success managing complex partnerships and liaising with executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions across traditional, digital, social, and experiential channels.
• Experience with large events including venues, tickets, underwriters, and sponsors, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Learfield and the PRCA, overseeing the multimedia rights agreement.
• Drive new and renewal sponsorship sales across local to international opportunities.
• Develop scalable partnership solutions across video, digital, mobile, social, and experiential channels.
• Create sponsorship packages and activation plans addressing client objectives and PRCA needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors and PRCA stakeholders to expand partnerships.
