Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas invites applications for the PRC Facilitator position within the Health & Human Services Administration. This in-house only role supports the PRC program and provides transit services to KCHC patients.
The PRC Facilitator will work independently, manage multiple projects for the PRC Manager, ensure safe vehicle operations, assist elderly clients with ambulation, and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
This position will provide transit services with Kickapoo Community Health Center (KCHC) Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) Program patients in effort to provide comprehensive transit services. The goal of this effort is to provide an organized and wide-ranging approach for transit services to meet the needs of all KTTT community. The PRC Facilitator must work independently and manage multiple projects assigned by the PRC Manager. This is a confidential position, and discretion must be exercised in protecting and releasing information.

Education/experience requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or graduation equivalent diploma (GED) required.
Must obtain certifications in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid.
Preferred Qualifications: An associate’s degree or related healthcare work related experience is preferred.
