Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to the prayer staff, ensuring coverage and smooth operations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering spiritual and professional growth.
• Participate in hiring decisions and select staff, discerning candidates and building a strong team.
• Lead new hire training, preparing team members for live calls and prayer from a position of victory.
• Provide recommendations on key personnel decisions including development and advancement.
• Oversee scheduling and time-off requests to support the team and ministry needs.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to encourage excellence and alignment with ministry values.
