Job summary

Stretch Zone Wesley Chapel is seeking motivated practitioners to join its founding team. You will conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, evaluate member needs, and guide them toward improved mobility and comfort.

You’ll help establish studio culture from day one and participate in ongoing training and certification. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in movement-focused fields (PT, kinesiology, athletic training, etc.) and a passion for helping people move better.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, mobility, and proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols and equipment.
• Evaluate member needs and select stretching routines.
• Help members improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Build relationships with members and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Educate, encourage, and motivate members throughout their Stretch Zone experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Support member engagement and retention.
• Participate in community events and outreach to grow the studio.
• Complete all required Stretch Zone training and certification.
• Collaborate with studio manager and practitioner team.

Are you studying or working in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, sports medicine, or another movement-focused field? Do you enjoy working hands-on with people and helping them move, perform, and feel better?

Stretch Zone Wesley Chapel is looking for motivated, personable professionals to join our founding practitioner team.

At Stretch Zone, we’re redefining what it means to work in bodywork, mobility, and recovery. Our practitioners use a proprietary assisted-stretching method and patented equipment to help members improve mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and overall quality of movement.

We provide paid, in-house training and Stretch Zone certification, giving you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of anatomy and human movement in a hands-on environment while developing additional professional skills.

Because this is a brand-new location, you’ll have the opportunity to help establish our studio culture from day one and grow with us as we build our membership and expand in the area.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate individual member needs and select appropriate stretching routines based on Stretch Zone training
• Help members work toward improved mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement
• Build strong relationships with members and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Educate, encourage, and motivate members throughout their Stretch Zone experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Support member engagement and retention
• Participate in community events and outreach activities that help grow the studio
• Complete all required Stretch Zone in-person and online training and certification
• Work collaboratively with the studio manager and practitioner team
