Job summary

Stretch Zone Wesley Chapel is seeking motivated practitioners to join our founding team. This role offers paid training and certification, with opportunities to work full-time or part-time in a brand-new studio.

Ideal candidates bring a foundation in anatomy and movement, enjoy hands-on work with members, and are eager to learn and grow with the team. Transportation to the studio is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding or interest in anatomy, movement, mobility, and proper body mechanics.
• Comfortable working hands-on and one-on-one with members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols and equipment.
• Evaluate member needs and select appropriate stretching routines.
• Help members improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Educate, encourage, and motivate members throughout their Stretch Zone experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
• Support member engagement and retention.
• Participate in community events and outreach to grow the studio.
• Complete required Stretch Zone training and certification.
• Work collaboratively with the studio manager and practitioner team.

Are you studying or working in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, sports medicine, or another movement-focused field? Do you enjoy working hands-on with people and helping them move, perform, and feel better?

Stretch Zone Wesley Chapel is looking for motivated, personable professionals to join our founding practitioner team.

At Stretch Zone, we’re redefining what it means to work in bodywork, mobility, and recovery. Our practitioners use a proprietary assisted-stretching method and patented equipment to help members improve mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and overall quality of movement.

We provide paid, in-house training and Stretch Zone certification, giving you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of anatomy and human movement in a hands-on environment while developing additional professional skills.

Because this is a brand-new location, you’ll have the opportunity to help establish our studio culture from day one and grow with us as we build our membership and expand in the area.

What You Bring

We strongly prefer candidates with education, coursework, certification, or professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Physical Therapy / Physical Therapist Assistant
• Kinesiology
• Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology
• Athletic Training
• Sports Medicine
• Strength & Conditioning
• Personal Training
• Massage Therapy / Bodywork
• Occupational Therapy
• Other related health, fitness, rehabilitation, or human-movement fields

A completed degree is not required. Current students and recent graduates in these fields are encouraged to apply.

About Stretch Zone

Using patented equipment and a proprietary practitioner-assisted stretching method, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols designed to help members improve range of motion, mobility, flexibility, athletic performance, and overall quality of movement.

Our Wesley Chapel studio is currently building its inaugural team. We're looking for people who bring a strong foundation in human movement and anatomy—but who are equally strong at connecting with people and building relationships.
