Mass General Brigham seeks a Clinic Coordinator to supervise and coordinate the administrative operations of the clinic. This role includes managing patient appointment schedules and ensuring efficient clinic operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and experience in a clinical setting.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative operations of the clinic. The person acting in this role will be the first point of contact for new patients and appointment coordination. You will be expected to answer patient calls, work from a referral workqueue, organize faxes and distribute to the appropriate team member, and also communicate with patients via e-mail and Epic in-basket in a timely manner. You will work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.
