OnePeak Medical is seeking a Practice Supervisor in training to lead daily clinic operations across our Medford, Albany, and The Dalles locations. You will oversee staff, support scheduling, and drive an outstanding patient experience in a fast-paced primary care setting.

You will develop teams, address concerns professionally, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives. This role requires travel between clinic sites and a strong emphasis on operational excellence.

Qualificações

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience (primary care preferred).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred.
CMA, CPT, or Associate degree in a medical field preferred.

Responsabilidades

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance.
Support provider scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and patient experience.
Coach, develop, and engage team members while fostering OnePeak's culture and values.
Resolve employee and patient concerns professionally and efficiently.
Monitor clinic productivity, inventory, scheduling, timecards, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals.
Provide hands-on support to front and back office teams as needed.

What You'll Bring

Compensation

$52,275 - $61,500 annually
