Hogan Lovells is seeking an experienced Practice Specialist to support the Practice Area Lead of our Mergers & Acquisitions Group, as well as Partners and Associates. The candidate should exhibit strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters akin to a senior executive assistant. The ideal candidate is personable, enthusiastic, proactive, creative, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Practice Specialist will serve as the key contact both internally and externally for the Practice Area Lead.
The PRACTICE SPECIALIST supports Partners, Practice Leaders, and Business Managers within specific practices. Responsibilities include executing administrative and legal tasks, providing superior executive service, and maintaining an exceptional work product.
The Practice Specialist must have advanced knowledge of the practice areas and clients to ensure excellent client satisfaction. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive firm and client information is essential.

Additional Information
