Responsibilities

• Provides support for pre-sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and information requests.
• Retains and expands client relationships to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Establishes and enhances the Bank’s brand through targeted business and community engagement.
• Participates in industry forums to stay informed on trends, competitive insights, products, and services.
• Coordinates cash management and other product implementations.
• Works with Premier and Wealth to make referrals for additional services.
• Gathers data to advance sales processes and completes required documentation.
• Tracks implementation requests to meet timelines.
• Provides research and data gathering to sales teams to solve client needs.
