Job summary

Renown Urology is seeking a Practice Site Leader to manage day-to-day operational leadership of assigned practice(s). You will ensure safe, efficient care delivery, frontline team leadership, and adherence to standard work. The role emphasizes real-time problem solving and escalation to uphold patient-centered care.

The position requires managing staff performance, patient flow, and revenue cycle accuracy while applying high reliability principles to improve outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with ability to read, write and communicate safely and effectively.
• Must use standard work and daily management systems to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring patient flow and provider support.
• Monitor schedule utilization, fill rates and throughput in real time.
• Resolve day-to-day operational barriers affecting access, efficiency or patient experience.
• Ensure timely chart closure, charge capture, and revenue cycle accuracy.
• Utilize Daily Management System (DMS) to escalate issues and drive improvements.
• Embed High Reliability Organization principles into daily operations.
• Lead and develop frontline staff and ensure licensing and certifications.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operations with care delivery needs.
• Escalate systematic issues to Area Practice Manager as appropriate.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing or related field strongly preferred
