Qualifications

• Primary care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, clinically capable and keen to develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality pharmaceutical care to GP practices and community settings.
• Deliver structured medication reviews and polypharmacy reviews.
• Undertake independent prescribing activity when qualified.
• Offer specialist medicines advice to clinicians and patients.
• Support safe, effective and cost effective prescribing.
• Work across the primary care and community pharmacy interface.
