Job description

This is a Remote role, but candidates must be located in Florida or Georgia.

Unified Women’s Healthcare is dedicated to supporting Ob-Gyn providers and their staff. We operate with a focus on excellent care and strive to be a key resource for our network practices. Our mission is to provide business knowledge, innovation, and support, enabling our affiliates to focus on medicine while we handle the business aspects.

Role Overview

The Practice Performance Partner is responsible for analyzing care center performance to enhance revenue and profitability. This role oversees regional profit & loss for Unified and its affiliated practices within the designated region.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships between practice physicians and Unified, achieving corporate and care center objectives.
  2. Identify and implement revenue growth initiatives and operational efficiencies, including expanding ancillary services and developing new service lines in collaboration with Practice Development and Medical Directors.
  3. Analyze financial data and collaborate with accounting, payroll, and RCM teams to support care center success.
  4. Develop expertise in athenahealth reporting to improve operational efficiencies.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures related to performance objectives.
  6. Support care centers during onboarding with Implementation teams.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong language and reasoning skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, with broad knowledge of patient care management, physician practice management, managed care, and care financing.
  • Proven ability to lead change and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, preferably in medical group practices or OB/Gyn practice management.
  • Effective leadership and management capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong partnership and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budget forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
