Job summary

Prava-Therapy seeks a PT or OT Practice Owner to build a therapy program inside a thriving senior living community in Beaverton, Oregon. You bring clinical leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset; we provide the operating system and infrastructure.

You'll embed in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, develop referral networks, and shape the community's therapy culture while delivering function-focused care.

Qualifications

• PT or OT with clinical excellence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Relational, self-directed, and comfortable taking the lead.
• Excited by building something new and owning a practice.

Responsibilities

• Become the trusted PT/OT resource within the community.
