Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role at our Raleigh clinic. The position offers an hourly salary range of $36.00 to $45.00 and requires an active RN license and BSN.

You will coordinate fertility patient care, educate patients, document in EMR, and support in-office procedures while mentoring peers and collaborating across departments. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior women’s health experience is preferred; BCLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• BSN degree required.
• 2+ years practical nursing experience (preferred).
• Experience in women’s health (preferred).
• BCLS/ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives and manage diagnostic/treatment plans.
• Review medical records and enter data into the EMR; communicate results.
• Provide patient education throughout the treatment journey.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment to implement the care plan.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Mentor nurses and promote collaboration across departments.
• Assist provider with in-office procedures.
