You will supervise personnel, coordinate scheduling, manage reporting and compliance, and partner with leadership to drive efficiency and growth of the practice.

Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in a physician office setting.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations including personnel supervision and policy compliance.
Manages scheduling and access for patients.
Provides management reports to physicians and administration.
Hires staff, assigns work, coaches, and conducts disciplinary actions.
Develops and enforces policies and procedures; supports organizational initiatives.
Maintains familiarity with practice management systems and EMR.
