Value Dental Boise is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Boise dental practice. The role focuses on efficient patient flow, staff coordination, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

You will oversee HIPAA/OSHA compliance, insurance processes, and financial oversight while partnering with clinicians to drive practice growth and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years dental office experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Manage, train, schedule, and support administrative and clinical staff.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and customer service.

Value Dental Boise is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dental practice, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and a productive team environment. Skilled in staff management, scheduling, patient relations, insurance and billing coordination, compliance, inventory management, and financial oversight.

We need a strong leader with a focus on optimizing practice performance, maintaining high standards of patient care, supporting clinical and administrative teams, and building positive relationships with patients and staff.
