Reporting to a Director of Physician Services or a VP of Ambulatory Operations, the Practice Manager Multispecialty Physician Practice is supported by assistant managers, clinic supervisors, friendly nurses, and a diverse team of MAs, RNs, providers, revenue cycle experts, informatics analysts, and quality specialists while owning access optimization, staffing models, budgeting, compliance, EHR optimization, referral management, patient experience, KPI performance, supply chain, credentialing coordination, marketing alignment, and continuous improvement.
