The Practice Manager works closely with providers and staff to maintain compliance, meet quality standards, and support a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, workflow optimization, and collaborating with hospital leadership. Ideal candidates are strong communicators and team builders, with a background in outpatient or primary care settings.

Requirements:
