The pay range for this role is $70,204 - $101,406 annually. The rate is determined by experience, skill level, abilities and education, and may vary by location and schedule.
In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can focus on delivering high‑quality veterinary care. Your practice management skills will drive business results and your people leadership skills will help develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. You’ll ensure clients and patients have a positive experience. You’ll work with stakeholders including the medical team, field leadership, corporate headquarters and, where applicable, PetSmart® associates to optimize business growth. You’ll also have opportunities for professional development.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Three years of related experience (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).
