Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration required.
  • 3 years healthcare management experience.
  • AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association preferred.

  • Providing strong leadership for medical practices, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of practice managers, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Managing the financial aspects of practices, including budget development, revenue cycle management, and expense control to achieve financial objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for practice growth, patient access, and the introduction of new services.
  • Establishing and monitoring quality assurance and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Focusing on patient satisfaction and engagement, addressing patient concerns and maintaining a high level of patient care quality.
  • Implementing streamlined processes, optimizing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource utilization.
  • Overseeing the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and practice performance.
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs for the practices, providing regular reports on performance in areas such as patient volume, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
  • Working closely with physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and achieve organizational goals.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, between 8am – 5pm hours may vary based upon department need

What You Will Need
  • Bachelors Degree Health Administration Required Or
  • Bachelors Degree Business Administration/Management Required
  • 3 Years experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in managing medical practices.
  • AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred
