Job summary

Greenville Cardiovascular Associates is seeking a Practice Manager II to provide leadership and ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. You will guide daily clinic operations, manage staff performance, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and outcomes.

The role emphasizes budgeting, staff development, and problem-solving across a busy cardiovascular practice within the HCA Healthcare family.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct day-to-day clinic functions to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise, coach and hire front office and clinical staff; interview and train new staff.
  • Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and drive process improvement.
  • Develop the practice budget with profit and loss responsibility for the physician practice.

This position is incentive eligible. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Greenville Cardiovascular Associates, part of HCA Healthcare, as a Practice Manager II.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Seeking a Practice Manager II for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
  • Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve.
  • Develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements).
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
